Individuals who purchase a subscription to the Equinox+ by Equinox app through www.equinoxplus.com or the Equinox+ by Equinox app between October 7, 2020 and October 31, 2020 are eligible to receive four (4) complimentary day passes to visit Equinox Fitness Clubs (“Day Passes”), including receiving one (1) complimentary fitness assessment during their first Day Pass visit (fitness assessment may be conducted virtually, as described below), subject to the following terms, conditions and exclusions (the “Offer”). Offer not valid for subscriptions associated with a bike purchase, and may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts or special offers. Offer eligibility limited to individuals who are (1) residents in the United States and the District of Columbia, (2) at least eighteen (18) years of age (and satisfy all other age of majority requirements of the state in which they reside), and (3) the named subscriber associated with the purchased Equinox+ account. Current Equinox members, as well as former Equinox members whose membership was terminated by Equinox or who are otherwise prohibited from entering Equinox facilities are not eligible to redeem and use the Offer. Offer and Day Passes will be deemed forfeited if subscriber cancels or otherwise ceases to have a paid subscription to the Equinox+ by Equinox app for any reason.
Offer is offered and provided by Equinox Media LLC (“Equinox Media”), but Day Passes (including fitness assessments) will be fulfilled by its affiliate, Equinox Holdings, Inc. (“Equinox”) and are subject to all other rules, policies, procedures and safety standards of Equinox. Equinox Fitness Clubs are not located in all regions; visit www.equinox.com/clubs to locate the nearest club. Offer entitles subscriber to receive one (1) Day Pass to Equinox Fitness Clubs per ninety (90) day period during the first twelve (12) months of subscription, for a total of four (4) Day Passes. Unused Day Passes and the fitness assessment do not roll-over and will be deemed forfeited if not used within the applicable ninety (90) day period, i.e., first Day Pass and the fitness assessment must be used within ninety (90) days after the date the subscription is purchased, the second Day Pass must be used within the next ninety (90) days after such period and so forth. Regardless, all Day Passes (including the fitness assessment), must be redeemed and used by October 31, 2021 or they will be deemed forfeited.
Approximately seven (7) days after subscription is purchased, subscriber will receive an email (to the address associated with the subscription) with instructions on how to activate their Day Pass and schedule a club visit with Equinox. Day Passes may be used and completed at an Equinox Fitness Club location in the U.S., excluding Equinox Hudson Yards, Equinox Printing House, Equinox Sports Clubs, E by Equinox locations, and Equinox In the Wild or other outdoor locations or any locations outside the U.S. Equinox reserves the right to exclude additional locations in its sole discretion. Each Day Pass is limited to use only at the selected Equinox Fitness Club, on the scheduled date. Eligible subscribers are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary fitness assessment during their first Day Pass visit, but may instead elect to receive their one (1) complimentary fitness assessment through a virtual session. Virtual fitness assessment session will be completed through certain free video chat apps (e.g., Apple FaceTime, Google Duo). Subscribers are responsible for their own mobile devices (including any free account creation for video chatting) and internet and cellular access; data rates may apply. Virtual fitness assessment must be completed within ninety (90) days after the date the subscription is purchased or will be deemed forfeited.
All Day Pass visits and subscriber’s fitness assessment (whether in-person or virtual), are subject to availability, booking and standard cancellation policies, and must be scheduled in advance. Any cancelled or missed visits or fitness assessments will be deemed forfeited. Subscriber must complete and sign Equinox’s standard forms, waivers, and other documentation, and otherwise agree to comply with Equinox’s rules, policies, procedures and safety standards, for each visit and the fitness assessment. Equinox reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate any Offer and access to its facilities for any reason permitted by, and/or any failure to comply with, such rules, policies, procedures or standards. Subscriber is responsible for any costs and expenses incurred in redeeming the Offer, including costs of transportation, ancillary services and retail and other purchases. By purchasing a subscription, subscriber is consenting and authorizing Equinox Media to share their information with Equinox and agreeing to receive communications from Equinox, using any contact information provided by subscriber. Subscription purchases are subject to Equinox Media’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Redemption and use of Offer is subject to Equinox’s Privacy Policy. Results of fitness assessment will be shared with Equinox Media to help personalize subscriber’s Equinox+ by Equinox app experience.
Limit one (1) Offer per subscriber. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable, is not valid for prior purchases and has no cash value or equivalent. Offer is provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. Equinox Media and Equinox reserve the right to cancel, modify, terminate, suspend, or postpone redemption of the Offer in whole or in part, or substitute any portion of the Offer, in their sole discretion, as a result of any circumstances or factor, including any club closures or modifications, beyond Equinox Media’s and/or or Equinox’s reasonable control, including any governmental actions or orders, epidemics, pandemics, acts of God, national emergencies, strikes or other like labor disputes, fires, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters or fraud.
