Our bike classes come with a wide variety of music genres to choose from, including Pop, Dance, Rock, Hip-Hop, Alternative, Reggae, R&B, Country, and Latin.

In order to ride the bike, you will need Delta or SPD-style cleats.

We recommend ordering a pair of Legend 2.0 Cycling Shoes or the At-Home Select Cycling Shoes (LOOK® Delta cleats included), a pair of Hand Weights (available in 2lb, 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, and 10lbs), and a SoulCycle Bike Mat.

Bike classes are led by experienced SoulCycle instructors, who have collectively taught tens of thousands of classes to in-studio audiences, in addition to the on-demand and live rides availble on the platform.

The dimensions of the bike are 62.2" L x 22.2" W x 53.5" H. We recommend at least 24" of space on each side to accommodate choreography.

There is no limit to the number of profiles that you can create on the SoulCycle at-home bike. Up to 5 accounts can be logged into the bike at one time.

Yes, riders can access streaming content from Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

You will receive your bike within 1-3 weeks from time of purchase. You will be prompted to schedule your delivery date with our delivery partner, J.B. Hunt, within 72 hours from time of purchase. As for your shoes, all of our accessories typically ship within five to ten business days.

Yes, the bike is built with Bluetooth compatibility.

The SoulCycle At-Home Bike comes with a limited warranty that covers defects in the hardware and touchscreen. The touchscreen and bike hardware parts are covered for 1 year, and the bike frame is covered for 5 years.
